• Graciano


    Showcasing deep ruby color and pronounced black pepper Graciano, often used for blending in the Rioja region of Spain, is rarely bottled on its own.  Sourced from a small vineyard in the Grand Valley of Colorado and bottled as a single varietal, this wine pairs well with grilled, spicy dishes or smoked meats.

  • Boasting smooth, black cherry flavor with a hint of oak, this wine pairs best with garlic, basil, oregano, and rosemary in bold-flavored Italian dishes such as lasagna, and bolognese.  It also pairs well with wild game, especially elk.

  • A delightful blend of five different varieties, all pressed immediately after crushing, and fermented dry, the 2023 Fireside Rosé is crisp and deeply rose-colored, with notes of cranberry, and raspberry. Pairs well with picnics, anything off the grill, and especially with good friends, and family.

  • Crisp and clean with lychee fruit notes and a delicate rose petal finish, the 2023 Gewürztraminer its a delightful expression of our 40-year old vineyard.  Pair with Asian inspired dishes or, remain true to its origins and pair with hearty Germanic fare.

  • Bright and crisp with hints of anise, this dry Riesling pairs perfectly with lighter seafood, feta or bleu cheese, and believe it or not, salty potato chips.

  • Grown on our estate vineyard, ripened in the warm summer sun and chilled by nights at 6,200 ft., the 2023 Pinot Gris is a fascinating expression of crisp, green apple, pear, and citrus.  Pair it with white fish, oysters, shrimp, and feta or mozzarella cheese.

  • Soft, smooth, and full bodied, the 2022 Syrah opens with dark fruit, blackberries and cassis yet finishes with toast, vanilla and coffee. Wonderful sipped by itself, this wine also pairs well with lamb, grilled vegetables, cured meats or smoked gouda cheese.
