2023 Riesling


Bright and crisp with hints of anise, this dry Riesling pairs perfectly with lighter seafood, feta or bleu cheese, and believe it or not, salty potato chips.

In the Vineyard

Sourced from two separate vineyards in the Grand Valley, the fruit is harvested October 10 and October 14.  After transfer to the winery, it is immediately crushed and lightly pressed.  No skin contact is allowed.

In the Cellar

Following an overnight settling, the clear juice is transferred to fermenting tanks and inoculated.  The juice characteristics look excellent and no adjustment are made.  All fermentations are complete by November 14.  Malo-lactic fermentation is prevented and, following cold and heat stabilization, the finished wine is flittered and bottled ready for a March 2024 release.
