In the Vineyard
Sourced from our estate grown vineyard on Fire Mountain Road, harvested in October 2024. This vineyard champions five hybrid varieties including Itasca, Petite Pearl, Crimson Pearl, Traminette and Verona. After transfer to the winery, it is immediately crushed and lightly pressed. No skin contact is allowed.

In the Cellar
Following an overnight settling, the clear juice is transferred to fermenting tanks and inoculated. The juice characteristics look excellent and no adjustment are made. All fermentations are complete by November 14. Malo-lactic fermentation is prevented and, following cold and heat stabilization, the finished wine is filtered and bottled ready for a July 2026 release.
